don’t stress – a simple approach to stress management

If you’re reading this the chances are you are suffering from some form of stress or stress related illness. It may seem as though the whole world is pressing down on you and there’s no escape……..nothing could be further from the truth!

Stress shows itself in many forms and in most cases you’re aware of exactly what’s causing you to feel under pressure.  Usually though you feel that, for whatever reason, you can’t control it and so the pressure gradually builds to such an extent it becomes out of control.Manage Stress

You then find yourself in a situation where you can’t function properly and small day-to-day tasks become almost impossible.

Unchecked the stressful situation in which you find yourself will affect your health in more physical ways and you’ll find yourself visiting the doctor with all sorts of different ailments hoping prescribed medication will alleviate your stress.

How to Relieve Stress – Are There Simple Ways?

The simple answer to a lot of your problems is to learn to relax. I can hear you saying “that’s ridiculous! How’s it possible to relax when I am under so much pressure?”

The simple fact is that we cannot always control the people or situations that may be causing our stress in the first place. What we can do is control our response to these things and not give the control to others.

That’s where learning to relax comes in. Now this doesn’t make the problem go away, but you’ll increase your ability to cope with stress and anxiety. You’ll also feel as though you’ve regained a measure of control.

Your choice – you can spend your day being or feeling angry, happy or indifferent. By learning to relax you’ll at least be able to make that choice!

Don’t Stress, Relax Instead

However much stress you may be under, try to find a quiet period where you can sit comfortably and without interruption. Then try the following:

  • Sit with your eyes closed, relax your scalp, facial muscles, arms, stomach and everything down to the soles of your feet.
  • Take long slow deep breaths.
  • Try to convert your mind to a “blank canvass”.
  • Then conjure up and try to hold peaceful relaxing scenes.

Stress and anxiety can play havoc at night and cause insomnia. Try to go through this process when you get into bed.

There are many more relaxation techniques and although at first you may find it difficult to adopt one, heck, you may even be sceptical, I can only tell you the one outlined worked for me.

I realise of course your stressful condition may be far more severe and may well border on anxiety, panic, or depression. If this is the case, or you simply want to avoid getting into such a state there is a thoroughly reliable alternative that is far more than just how to relieve stress.

It’s a fast, safe, and all natural technique that has helped and cured literally thousands of sufferers. Panic Away can cure you.
